Have been a fan since I chanced upon the brand in 2018. Still remembered my very first order where I needed the items urgently within the next few days and the owner (Ariel) went out her way to meet me in person to deliver it near my workplace! Lovely owner that is well experienced and attentive in addressing queries that I have. Good customer service will always be remembered! I like how the earrings are handmade with materials imported from Korea, and especially how it’s suitable for sensitive skin, my first requirement whenever i shop for earrings. I also have smaller ear holes where I struggle sometimes to fit earrings posts that are bought elsewhere, never once had this issue with RIERU earrings. I’ve always received compliments whenever I wore earrings from RIERU. Really like how dainty, chic & unique/ non mainstream the jewelry designs are!
